Just a quick email to say thank you for your friendly and helpful service. Having a cost effective rental vehicle made our holiday much more enjoyable as we had more money in our pocket to be able to do things while we were in Australia.
Being picked up personally by Rose was a nice added touch. Thank you Rose for the driving tips and directions (and yes the off airport rental park wasn't exactly well signposted just as you said) but we got a good view of Brisbane Airport in the process. We hope everything was in order when you picked your vehicle up.
We will be recommending your services to friends who will be travelling over early next year and will definitely be using you again. Once again a huge thank you.

Just a short note to say the Golf Trip went very well and the group really enjoyed themselves. Thank you for making it successful by your efficient attention. We enjoy catching up with you every year.

...I felt a need to drop a quick e-mail of appreciation to your company and in particular to Rose. Rose answered the phone Saturday a little before 2.00pm, and by the time I rang her back and she came and got me it was well after 2.00pm.

During my check in she still fielded calls in a most professional manner and with a very exacting and humorous style. - I know to her it might "be just a job", but please pass on my utmost appreciation for all she did for me, maps, explanations of how to get out of Brisbane, insurance details, the car itself checked, and most importantly she was genuinely appreciative that I had hired the car from her!

I work for Air New Zealand and we have many staff that heads off to Queensland for their holidays and I wont have any hesitation at all in recommending Roadway Rent A Car to my colleagues. - YOU GUYS ARE TOPS! Right down to being dropped off at the airport by a friendly bloke in a van on Saturday.
